Return Process

  Fill out the return form included in your original shipment or download a digital copy from our website to include with your parcel.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them via a tracked courier service to our Auckland warehouse to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing and Resolution

  Once received and inspected, our team will process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 3-5 business days.
